You must be at least 18 years old to create a Manovikalpa account. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your login credentials confidential.
Manovikalpa offers a free tier limited to 5 AI chat sessions per month, at no cost. Paid plans remove this limit for the duration of an active subscription.
Pricing: Paid plans are not yet active. When available, the paid plan will be billed automatically each month via our payment processor, Razorpay, using the payment method you provide at signup. Pricing will be published here before paid plans go live.
Billing cycle: Your subscription renews automatically every month from the date you subscribe, until you cancel. If a scheduled payment fails, we will not immediately revoke your access — our payment processor will retry the charge automatically. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will end and your account will revert to the free tier.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial or unused portions of a billing period.
Manovikalpa complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). Your personal and health data is processed with your explicit consent and used solely to provide the Manovikalpa service. By using Manovikalpa, you consent to the processing of your personal data, including sensitive health information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse Manovikalpa, including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, disrupting service availability, interfering with the Service's security features, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Under no circumstances should responses from Manovikalpa's AI be treated as a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a certified, licensed mental health professional. Manovikalpa is intended as an AI companion to provide support and guidance, particularly at times when you are unable to immediately reach a certified professional or a crisis helpline. It is not designed, and must not be relied upon, to replace professional care when such care is available and appropriate to your situation.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
For any data-related grievances or complaints, please contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@manovikalpa.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and respond within 30 days, as required under applicable Indian data protection regulations.
